Though some may want those Flying Eagles Squadron textures, I highly recommend waterzone.  If you want to fly low and slow, waterzone is the way to go.  However, once you pass 10,000 ft with waterzone, effects go to the wayside.

Ive tried waterzone, and didnt like the effects on the textures, so i sided with Bill Lyons, and a few from Flight1

I'm really happy with Flight 1's Flight Environment. It not only has good water textures but you can randomize them and get a different one every time you fly. First time I tried it out I set rainy and windy weather and when I got over the water I could see white caps.
