You need a program like blender, or Vue D' Esprit, import the 3d model, set the stage, and your done, render, save as jpg

My views on these issues are extremely limited... they are as follows: PMDG, PMDG, PMDG....
But I suppose seeing this is a 737-300/400...

It's going to be a 737 classic package and it's apparently going to be available in Southwest Airlines colors. Sounds like a winner. My WN fleet shall be complete.
