Dunno about the ones you asked for but there's some damn fine mesh for the western isles avaliable in FS2002 scenery section that should work for ACOF.

Lossiemouth Scenery is available on the Just Flight Tornado package (payware). I'm not aware of any freeware scenery, although it is on Gary Summons' UK2000 todo list for the next couple of years (payware)...

Just looked at the payware "Scotflight" scenery, and that seems to omit the RAF airfields... ???
