If you are willing to pay and might want more than just water textures try out Flight One's Flight Environment. It gives great results and has a randomizer that lets you see different water textures and cloud types every time you fly. It's also a little easier on the FRs. Since installing it I've been able to turn up my weather settings a few notches.
If you are counting the bucks then check out the download files. There's a bunch of different water texture files. Just try each one out and see which you like best. You may also want to check out AVSIM too. It's more work than FE but if you have a couple you like you can swap them in and out to vary the scenery some.
