I know this question has been asked here before... but I can't remember where...

How do you change the the Airspeed Indicator in the hud to read MPH and not knots? and the same for when you hit Shift+Z but, I don't know what that's called Roll Eyes

Just click Settings and it should be in the top right had corner, or you might have to go into Realism, just can't remeber from the top of my head.

I think I know what you're talkin' about... and I'm not sure if that's the solution but... I'll give it a go and see what happens.
