Where do i get them?
in rick pipers meteor there stands that it come without sounds, but not WHERE i get them Angry

You could ask here, at CBFS, home of FS Meteors, JPs, Hunters, Comets, Tridents and VC-10s, and er, Rick Piper, dedicated to classic british flight sim aircraft...

That plane has a suggests sound pack in the readme file. It is found at flightsim.com according to the readme. Unfortunately, I don't know the file name off the top of my head (I had to look at the review of this plane I wrote last June to remember where to get the sounds).
