A Payware New York City scenery

I remember someone posting pics of a payware New York City scenery in progress. I don't if it was LAGO. I definately know it wasn't MEGA SCENERY.

The pics were very detailed of the bridges, and the actual FDR ramps of Manhattan. I was interested in seeing some pics of this scenery again and the knowledge to know who produced it.

Hi Mav, Dave (Fly2e) has been known to use it, might be worth looking at some of his old screenies or drop him a line Wink

Cool Shot! My rig is definately up to it! 3.2ghz up to it! I like the detail associated with this payware and never heard if it was completed or not.

Guess it is now! I am going to see if I can cop a hard copy of it! Get gamestop to buy it for me.

In regards to this Aerosoft "MANHATTAN SCENERY" file. is there a download server for this program.

The official site seems to want to sship you a packaged version of the scenery as opposed to  saving you an extra $25 bucks by offering a download version.

Anyone got any links to a download server?

You are not looking at their download shop, this is a different area. Try this link http://www.aerosoft-shop.com/

Acutally I set up an account and now I guess I have to wait until I get a confirmation email from verizon before I order anything.

I was watching the video on the website you provided for the Manhattan scenery. I have to say they really pulled out all the stops on this. It is so detailed even down to the much talked about "JET STADIUM" MTA Railyard. That is not even present in the FS9 version.

Hell from what I saw it is like they took arial photos of the entire area around manhattan and translated into to FS9. I was very impressed with the image of a chopper taking off from the 34th street heliport next to the FDR. That is exactly how it is because I always see helicopters taking off and it is like they pop up right next to the FDR highway before they turn about and depart to the east.

I know I am going to enjoy this scenery. I wish I had remembered about it earlier. I had remembered when it was in production but I never knew if it was completed. Now I do and I am definately getting this!

I Finally installed it and this is AWESOME. I am from New York and I may be over exaggerating, but for me it feels like Damn I need to get off this computer and actually go visit some of these places in real life! Like the Intrepid Air Museum!

That is definately in my future. I quickly discovered that once I installed this program, that I had to remove all my freeware scenery new york mods. They were causing double images of buildings not situated correctly or overlapping one another.

This scenery is incredibly detailed. I can even Identify locations that appear as blurry blots on the ground. Like pools (John Jay Park) and grass areas in manhattan like "Carl Shurz Park and Gracie Mansion" Like I always asked for! They even have all the housing projects located in Manhattan.

This is an awesome download for people who live in New York! I am so glad I got this and again thanks joker for providing the direct download link and saving me that extra $25 bucks on shipping!

I will be posting tons of pics Identifying locations that some may not have even noticed.

The only thing I am displeased with is the way the FDR and west side highway are dipicted the only detailed section of the FDR is the 34 street area near the Heliport.
