I have Ready for Pushback.  The original version for 2002 patched for FS9.  There is also 747 RFP Next Generation which is a from scratch FS9 compliant version.  It is the finest 742 simulation available.  Now, the original which I have is a little frame hoggish because the VC also uses the 2D textures for rendering the VC.  I hear the newer version is better on frame rates though.  It's all in what you like.  If you want to learn classic late 60's and early 70's heavy flying, go for it.  Comes with a simplified INS for oceanic navigation but there is also a triple unit CIVA config avialble which is a total sim of the Delco INS instruments.  All systems are functional though and interact the way they ought to.  I like to postition in VC at the flight engineer panel and use the 2D for the captains seat and it makes it really cool then to move back and forth to cover both positions.  The VC view from the "plumbers" panel looks cool in flight also.  Just wish there were other crew members there and that they did something, lol.  If you prefer modern FMS systems that can fly the plane for you then by all means wait for PMDG's 744.
