Not really, it depends what you want to do.  There's no "here's how to edit tutorial".  But if you wanted to say, make the image negative, we could show you how to do that.  (Why would you want to do THAT though?  lol)

Ok thanks , basically i wanted to know how to make images that you can see the aircrafts lights better - people somehow make them shine more brighter and add some cool effects

Well, the light thing would be done with Paintshop Pro, in my case.  A lot of guys prefer Photoshop, but in addition to it being ridiculously more expensive, I just don't like the features of Photoshop.

In PSP what you could do, and this is how I often do it, is just draw a little dot where you want the light "bulb" to be, then add some gaussian blur to it.

There are other ways of doing it too.  You could do it with a layer and select "hard light", or "soft light".  You could go into Effects>Illumination effects and play around with those, too.

It's a good starting point.  The only way to really get it down is to experiment and see what you like the best.

I have to agree experimenting is the best way around. I recently started with photoshop, bit annoying at the start, but once you know some buttons, how to cut parts out of pictures and place them over others, etc. the fun begins.

No I am no reference in the matter, but what I can tell you, I will... just ask the questions!

And for the real editter around here, you should be with Bananabob! Fastest editter on the Simv-front!

I love photoshop, has great features. Try lighting effects and the burn dodge tool.
