These are just a couple.  A search is difficult here on simv.com because the words aircraft and carrier have other meanings within the aviation world.  You might also run a search on avsim.com and wspilots.com.  Remember, no matter which carrier you download and install any aircraft you operate from it will need special gauges that replicate the catapault acceleration and the arrestor gear landings.  For $19.99-$29.99 in most software chain stores I have heard good reports about Abacus' Flight Deck 3.  You may want to look at that next time you're at a mall. The cat and arrestor gauges included in that add-on can be used on other naval style military aircraft also.
