OK, well its that time of the year again and the car shows are starting (and of couse, I'm going).  So, this is the first out door show of the year.  Just to say a couple things about the show, there was over 120 cars on display (including mine)-I took about 130 photos, didn't win a trophy, and got sunburned-I can safely declare the show a success.

So, here are 5 of the photos I took.  I'm sorry about the poor quality, I had to resize them to 650x488 to get them below 100KB-if anyone would like a high res version of any of them, let me know and I'll send you what ever you want.  So, here they are.

First, this is a 1968 Shelby GT500KR which was equiped with a 428ci Cobra V8.  This car was completely original and one of the nicest at the show.


This is a 1932 Ford Roadster.  It had an amazing paint job, the flames really looked good in the sunlight (much better than the photo shows).  As you can see, this car is equiped with a blown Chevy big block V8 (and yes, it was a Chevy motor in a Ford).


Here is a 1967 Shelby Cobra Kit Car.  Although these cars were originally equiped with a 427ci V8, this reproduction had a 351 V8 under the hood.  It was a very nicely built kit car.


Here is a 1967 Chevrolet Corvette 427.  This completely original vet had a 435hp 427ci V8 under the hood equiped with 3 carburators.


Finally, this is a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS/RS.  It had several nice options including a delux interior, a high performance 350 V8, and air conditioning.  This car was completely stock.
