As most people don't realize, when you live on an island, you are more or less trapped and held for randsom whenever there is a strike by ferry workers.....lucky for us, on this weekend trip, we had no worries and got away in fine form.........
As we sit and wait for the ferry, I'm treated to this familiar sight just outside the windows of the terminal....
Here comes our ferry........three vehicle decks holding cars, trucks and buses......lots of passengers upstairs and moving accordingly...........slow
View back to the island on a bright sunny morning....
The nice view into Horseshoe Bay is like this,........ we will turn almost 180 degrees to starboard to dock..........
And after docking, I turned and shot this out over the marina with the ferry dock to the right...........
Its hard to not be captivated by the sights around this part of the world........... 8)
