This superbly restored Hurricane is a genuine Battle of Britain veteran with five enemy aircraft to its credit.

The mighty Jug. I must have taken about twenty shots of this aircraft without getting a single good one!

Not bad at all considering the conditions. If at all possible get yourself along to the Sunset Display at Old Warden next weekend. Providing the weather's kind that should restore your confidence. Unfortunately I can't make it.

And I think we have plans for next weekend too. I will make a point of getting to at least one show at Old Warden this season though.

Nice to see the newly restored Hurri in the sky! There was a great article about her in Aeroplane recently, including a reunion with a couple of her former pilots Wink

There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!
