I know all the cords can be a pain in the "you know where" sometimes, but just my personal opinion, and ya know what they say about opinions, I dont like wireless, know too many people who have had them, and everyone, and I mean everyone has had problems with them...... Undecided

I'd recommend infra-red mouses (mice?) but yeah, I've only heard problems about wireless and you have to buy batteries for some of them Shocked (they keep running out, lol)

Theres one mouse where battery like recharges itself or something, anyways wireless are good but if your hardcore gamer its almost criminal to have  wireless because it does have some lag and seek times...

Only way it lags is if the Receiver is way far away from the cordless components themselves..... They work fine in games and no lag that I found in my relatives..... But I havent had one myself yet, Cheers, Gunny

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the replies Smiley

I've been using the same corded mouse and keyboard combo for roughly 4 years now and after the problem with the cables getting in the way when designing and playing games and after trying to manouver the keyboard and mouse around the desk while looking at reference books, I'm through with them. Apart from that, most manufacturer's seem to offer better cordless setups than corded setups.

I'm still trying to get a quotation out of the local computer retailers, but it's like trying to extract blood from a stone. I'm almost beginning to think that they think it's fashionable to make people wait a few days for a quotation. I mean, I've phoned some of the shops like once a day since mid last week and only two of them have gotten back to me, and even then it was with much persistance on my part Roll Eyes

Thanks again, guys Smiley

Regards,
Stratobat
