Had a fun time at Breighton yesterday to start off my airshow season as such. Sadly the weather earlier in the day prevented any 'heavy metal' from appearing as such but the RAC put on an admirabe show with lots of activity from their lighter types (espescially the magister which even flew in the days rain shower!) Anyway here are my pics, I was working on no higher than 1/250th for most of the day which I enjoyed-

Very nice shots. Shame you didn't get the sunshine we had at Old Warden.

One odd thing I noticed about the Maggie. They're usually flown solo from the front cockpit but some pilots seem to prefer the rear seat. Maybe they learned on the Tiger Moth.
