Hi,

You better download a static carrier from  site http://fs-shipyards.com and move them (API) all over the world. You must them make landable and use another programm than arrcab... RCBco version 2. With this new program you can land and launch everywhere, even there where are no arrestor cables. The commands are now in the cockpit: 3 switches and very easy to use. In the Readme are examples includes for copy and paste to the most common aircraft. Use airport for Windows to assign the carrier to the new position.
I use this possibility for set up my theme flights "Operations" SAR; see my site http://www.users.skynet.be/maximil "Operations".
