Wondering if someone could tell me how to modify a plane for FS9 to fly at really high altitudes. I read somewhere it can be done, cant remember where!

Thanks

You'd need to edit the aircraft.cfg and .air files to make a new maximum altitude, pretty easy.
You'll need to download AirEdit from our tools download section to edit the .air file, and notepad can do the .cfg file Wink

There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

Also, you'd need to make sure that the lift characterisitics of the flight dynamics will get you up that far without stalling!
