Do you mean Terrain Meshes? If so there are a number available for FS2k2. What area are you looking for?

Definetly I noticed a huge diffrence in my mountain area were my home airport is.
 

&&Specs&&E6300, 3 gigs 800 Ram, 8800GT oc, 400gig Sata drive, Windows XP Pro 64 Bit..
