Hmm.

If your friends want a long game with good gameplay and story, then get HL2.

There is no reason for you to get doom 3 over hl2 unless all you care about is gfx (like me, so I got both...)

Good stories are the whole game, a bad story and no matter how impressive it looks, its not going to matter..... thats as simple as I see it  Grin Cheers, Gunny

  I'll play HL2 when it comes out on Xbox.

I agree. However, I just had to play around wih that engine of doom 3.
