I want to get an A330, complete with VC and all the little goodies that payware aircraft usually offer.  Can anyone recommend a good payware A330 model?

The flightcraft a330 or posky a330 are the best and the posky one comes with a vc and guess wut! They are free!!! Cheesy

I have the A340 professtional from Pheonix and it is very good. It comes with the A330 and A340 with heaps of liveries.  Apart from a couple of bugs they are enjoyable to fly.
