Two Dimensional AI? (Read 254 times)

Quick question.  Can flight plans be assigned to two dimensional, non-animated models?

I know, it's a weird request, but I'm brainstorming and have no talent in the 3D modelling department.

Even better news, you can use the same model for all aircraft of that size. (EG 737 and A320). Just create a 2-poly model (just a flat rectangle) and use transparent textures to change the shape.

Framerates will love it!

Hmm...that's indeed interesting.  I won't be using aircraft for this project, but the information you gave me could still be applied...thanks!
