Right section now and a nice shot. But you don't need to put your "watermark" into every shot you've taken.
I'd suggest choosing better filenames 'though, involving an abbreviated version of your nick and a short description of the pic.
Example: CptBM_Bonanza_1.jpg
This will preserve your shot from being overwritten in case another member uploads a pic with the same filename.

Nice shot but it is 187 kb!!
Just save it so it is under 100kb,

Thanks Charlie, I used to do that but could not keep up with the 2 dozen or so a day. Plus my PC at my office has no photo editor on it

There are two rules....800x600 and it has to be under 100KB.
Easy fix though, as long as you remember to do it. I got quite the lashing a few months back when I had forgotten that step.
Pick up IrfanView...a nice free app. Then just save it with reduced quality. You're barely going to notice any visual difference, if any, and it'll save as a smaller file.
Great edit, Bob.&&&&&&Google it. &&&&

Brian,
Your picture dimensions were fine, but both images were around the 180kb mark. I notice that your pic above is no longer showing/been removed, but if you edit you're post to show it again (b1.jpg), it should show, as I made it 96kb...
Cheers,
Charlie

Also to add to Hyperion's accurate points...... a single thread should have no more than 500K of TOTAL images in it.
