smallest of what category?
the smallest heavy jet is probably the 767
the smallest short ranged jet would be the bae146
the smallest prop is this little 2 seater red plane I downloaded from avsim once (cant remember the name)
the smallest misc. aircraft is probably this crazy microlite which is no bigger than its pilot!
as for military, i guess it would be the sopwith camel.

BTW....mine doesn't seem to want to steer on taxi...how come?...maybe my settings need looking at.

I just bought FS9, just wanted to ask where i can download planes for free? ??? ??? Does anyone know where i can get the Grob vigialant motor glider from?

You came to the right place popop. There must be 100s of aircraft posted on this site & they're all comletely free. Unfortunately I've never seen a Grob Vigilant but new aircraft are posted every day.
