HUere's the pics I took today, this is a small portion of what i took. more should be available at my website soon

it was cloude enough that I couldn't see O'Hare, but clear enough that I saw Midway, but it was just a tad far for my camera (canon Powershot S90)

I'm on the right, here with my cousins from Kansas City, my mom took the pic.

Hello...So sad to see Meigs in the state it's in. Sad

However, wonderful shots! LOVE the train station.

When I was up in the Sears Tower it was so foggy you coudn't hardly see a thing. I think I was 8 at the time and would have thrown a fit if my parents would have said no.

Now I have to ask you, how do you like living in Chicago? I know you live in a berb, but close enough. I perseolly would love to live in a big city, preferably Milwaukee but Chicago is very neat as well. Unfortunately, I live up here in little old Apleton. Only upside is that I live 20 minutes from Oshkosh... Grin

Very cool pix, but yes, too bad about Meigs and too bad for Chicago that its mayor got away with breaking the law. Has he declared himself Emperor yet?
I had heard that a compromise had been tabled that would allow a park and an airport there- any news on that?
Probably fell through- this mayor's really keen on the park plan, but just watch- there will be high-income housing there before you can say "Mrs. O'Leary's cow".
