Hello again, another problem with the program..

We are in the process of creating a game where there is a box bouncing around the screen for a certain amount of time. The user has to try and click on it, and accrues hits or misses.  I can get it to move around the screen and acrue points without too much trouble, though what is troubling me right now is how to set up a timer in visual studio. 

Anyone have any ideas?
