If you are considering simplates they are okay but you could save your money and do a search for free chart choices, all you need is your connection and your printer.  fscharts.com covers most major worldwide airports and myairplane.com has the States covered real well.  There are other chart sources on-line as well.  Check some of the VA websites, most of them have links for chart sites.
