Hey again guys, Havent been here in a couple months but I just have another question. My birthday is on teh 18th ( turning 15 ) and I may get some memory. I am looking at this right now, I heard OCZ was really good. This ram is 1GB duel channel pc 4800. Its part of the OCZ platinum editions.

The OCZ PC3200 Rev2 ram would be more than you need if you dont plan on overclocking, saying that the rev2 stuff overclocks superby so I have read as it uses the Samsung TCCD stuff or somthing.

Your mobo is currently at 400Mhz I would suspect the ram you listed is 600Mhz do you really need that?

Hmm I want good OCZ ram but $400 is alot of money. I will overclock but not to often. I want better then 3200 so i picked 4800 but that might be alot. Hmm if you guys have any OCZ duel channel 1g ram it would be helpfull. Thanks Smiley

so your not gonna overclock that often?? why do you want better than PC3200???

It defies logic buying the other stuff if you dont run your system overclocked.

You do realise if you dont overclock, the 600Mhz stuff will still only run at 400Mhz in your system.
