I don't think that that is legally possible. Just copy it from one of the CD's CAB files for FS9.

I was just thinking something. I still have my FS2002. Maybe I can just copy the file from there.

There are also some excellent freeware panels designed to work with the default 747.  Many of which are more realistic than the dumbed down generic looking looser of a panel MS included.  Just do a search here or avsim or any file library and you should find loads of them.
