I'm curious to know what program is used to make guages includes programing, animating ect. ??? ???

well you can make gauges that takes a long ttiiimmeee...
Or you can edit the bitmaps making gauges alot more simply. This is simply choosing a gauge in a gau format.
opening it and messing around with it. Then putting it back into flight sim using cfg or what ever.

I've never got involved with creating gauges as it looks far too complex for me to understand. If this is for FS9 (or FS2002) the later XML gauges might be easier. Check out the Panel & Gauges SDK here. http://www.microsoft.com/games/flightsimulator/fs2004_downloads_sdk.asp
