I have heard not to use the default one in the game what do you all reccomend if any. Freeware if possible I'm cheap! Grin or should I say broke. Angry.  I have been useing wordpad. Shocked

If you find one you like, even wordpad, go for it.  I've been using the default one for over a year now without any problems.

I have used the Pilot Logbook V4.2 for a while. Very good program I think. Don't remember where I found it, but just Google for it.

I just use a real log book. They're only about $15 to $20. Go over to your local airport or get one online from an aviation supply store. If you are concerned with the long term cost and fly a LOT in the sim you can pick up one and copy the page then print out your own copies.
