I couldnt get the spray effect i wanted....
So i had to settle for that..
Shoulda left it without the spray... but then it woulda looked awful..  Undecided

It's "out there". I kinda like how the sim airplane is not front-and-center, just part of the image.

also try the Art history brush or the sponge tool in photoshop, worked for me when I started to play with the image.
