Hi.

I have a HP printer, with both usb and parallel connections on it. I also have an ADSL router and a wireless point connect to main pc and laptop to the wireless point. At the moment i have the main pc only connected to it. Do you know if i can share my printer and print stuff off using the laptop, (through the wireless point) or do i have to set a netwok up???

sorry if its not clear, ive tried and made it as much as i can.

This may be a tricky one! Thanks always;

Jimbo

You'll have to make sure that file and printer sharing is added into your network settings.  Then.....

You'll have to share the printer .......  Goto the comp with the printer plugged in then
Control Panel/Printers and Faxes/ right click on the printer and choose Share.

You'll then have to goto the other comp and probably install the printer drivers  unless xp finds it and recognises it.

Tis all a bit basic ....... but if you're running XP it'll do most of it for you.
