Favorite genres: Classic Rock, Rock, Death Metal, Heavy Metal, Screamo (Yes, it's an actual genre) - Pretty much anything with loud bass, guitar amp distorters, and some real sweat being spit out on stage. Oh, and "Emo", too.

Bands? Let's see....

Killswitch Engage, Static-X, Rammstein, Spineshank, Boy Sets Fire, Atreyu, Alexisonfire, Staind, Stevey Ray Vaughn, Queen, etc...

Ever heard of the genre "Metalcore"? Try Poison The Well for an example.

I hate the term "genre" & the idea behind it. Putting things in neat little boxes is so restrictive & narrow-minded. It's all music to me & I like so many artists & styles of music I couldn't possibly pick one out or list them all here. Wink
