Is it true that in real aviation companies land 737's on frozen lakes and on dirt strips ??? ???

Landing 737's on lakes i would say is imposible unless you have some ground that hs been frozen since the dinosaurs walked....and that your 737's has nails or some sort of grip into the tires to take off....
As for the dirt one...I think I have seen pictrures of it, I just went and looked up Goodyear holding facility in Arizona since they hold many aircraft their but it seems that the airport is now paved

Well you could park a 737 on a lake, granted it would be hard to do and the ice would need to be so thick, it's unrealistic and I doubt it's done in reality. The dirt strip thing is 100% true, though airlines tend to fly 727s for that more, they handle it better and have less chance of foreign object ingestion.
Lots of airports in Africa I know are dirt strips, and they fly 737s in there no problem, as long as the runway is solid and the pilot knows what he's doing, it's just as simple as landing at JFK (ok ok so that's not that simple, minus the ATC, restrictions, approaches, and miscellaneous things that get in the way).
Pilot for a major US airline certified in the: EMB-120, CRJ, 727, 737, 757, 767, and A-320 and military, T-38, C-130, C-141, and C-5 along with misc. other small airplanes. Any questions, I'm here for you.

Alaska Airlines lands their 737's on ice/snow strips. One of the runways they operate out of is only like 4,000 feet or something.
