How can i make CFS3 generate scenery farther away?  When I start QC, there are trees for several miles or so in front of me, but if I turn say 90 degress there are is only a short area of full scenery with trees and everything else.  Beyond that, there is just the ground texture with no 3d objects or anything.   When I am close enough, the trees magically appear out of thin air.  I have a top of the line machine and video card, and i have settings at 5, so i know my machine can handle it.  Anyone have any ideas?

Read this thread that will point you out to other threads. You'll have to edit a file called compositescenerybudgets.xml in the terrdata folder, then delete the .zx files (regenerated) for the changes to come into effect.
