does anyone know anything about those projector panels that you put on an overhead projector that display whats on your monitor? I found several cheap ones on Ebay, but Im worried that they have a slow refresh rate, or were only made to display still images. I guess what Im asking is, would one of these be good to use for a giant monitor?

P.S. Heres a link to one on Ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5162354254

Thats not a good for using as a giant monitor. Those things are horrible.

If you want a giant monitor in projecotr form, I suggest a DLP or LCD projector. I have had no problems with my Toshiba TDP MT500 DLP projector. It works fine at 1024*768 res. And projects a huge crisp image even at the greatest throw distances. It is however much more exspensive than $50, but you get what you pay for.
