Got it!!........I think.....Looks to me like the USS Miantonomoh or Terror, Amphrite class battleship. So, am i right? Roll Eyes

Man, that's a stumperoo, all right. I thought I was on the scent with your little clue, but no luck so far. Having a lot of fun, though, reading about ironclad warships! Amazing how many battles were fought at river BENDS... it's not the "Benton", is it?

I'm waiting for my response, too.  It doesn't seem to be an American monitor, but I can't discard that possibility, either, and the twin side by side stacks are throwing me off.

It's definitely not a Sopwith Stranraer.

'I would say it΄s a ship from the Amerivan Civil War.
maybe the USS Cairo or the USS Onodaga but they look slightly different...
