Why do we say "heads up" when we actually duck?

"What was Captian Hook's name before he had a hook for a hand?"

Why do companies offer you "free gifts?" Since when has a gift NOT been free?

hehe, me too...I guess that explains the big bumps I always had on the back of my head! Smiley
