"i am not going to give up untill i have my own traffic " Definitely a step in the right direction. Let's look at it another way:
As mentioned, we all have FS9 airports with accompanying AF2 files so NOT having airport(s) is not your problem.
The actual file which controls the AI flights is a *.bgl file; usually traffic_XXXXXX.bgl. It is placed in your C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Scenery\World\Scenery\ by TTools.
Here's the three (3) filess and these work!
The traffic_XXXXXX.bgl is Compiled using TTools from three (3) files:
airports_xxxxxx.txt
aircraft_xxxxxx.txt
flightplans_xxxxxx.txt
Now, if this sounds complicated, I cannot understand why.
Any errors in the *.txt files will be identified by TTools and it WILL NOT COMPILE if any of the three.txt file have errors.
Basically, each file only needs one line (except the airports_xxxxx.txt) because we need two(2) airports. Only one aircraft is required and only one flightplan to make it work; after that, one can add as many aircraft, airports and flihgtplans as wanted.
Again, hoping this helps
