After all of these years of avoiding it, I finally purchased Emma Field (2004 Version).  I was amazed at the quality of the work put into it.

I noticed our ground guy never comes out and points me in the right direction.

and after I take off I can fly for about a minute or two, then my screen goes black. Audio from the sim, and the lago addon are both still playing, but I believe the sim locks up, because the only way I can get back to anything is with a three finger salute....

Any ideas? I would love to use this great add-on, put if I can't fly there....

Jared,

I had problems with the Emma Field 2004 version also.  But in my case they have never gone away.

They revolve around the background effects audio....which ends up staying on and won't go away without exiting out of the sim.    I got what I felt was bad support on the subject from Lago on the whole subject.  I am not impressed... and won't buy another Lago product based on this experience.

Too bad cause the visual and the concept seems nice.  But I really don"t expect to hear birds chirping and Fritz hammering in his shop...... when I am on short final into KBOS.

best,

..................john

Emma field is one of my favorite payware addons. I have not had the sound file issue that many have had, and my computer has no issues with the add on.

However I have had bad experiences with Lago's other products, their support, and have a certain amount of trepidation in considering buying any of their other products.
