the product is from Phoenix Simulations, I think there website is http://www.phoenix-simulation.co.uk
if you want to download it from there you can and it's £20 which is about just under $40
Alternately you could go on http://www.justflight.com that's where I got it from it came in a CD you can either get a limited edition(with DVD which is really useful about flying the Concorde) or just the standard.

P.S. More shots to come of the visual model!!!
