Hi, all. Forgive me for this - it's probably obvious - but I can't change the volume on the nav radio and after a bit the morse code identifier gets annoying. What am I missing here?

To change the radio volume, click on settings and then sounds. You'll be able to fiddle with the volume there.

To turn off the morse code, there should be a button labelled "ID" or "Ident." if it's lit up, or you hear the beeping, click it again and see if the light goes out or you stop hearing the beeping.

hope this helped Smiley

Thanks, W. Understand the general radio vol. settings. I did find the mute control for the ADF today (Control+5) I just checked for the ID or Ident buttons (on the default 172) and they are there for the Nav radios but not for the ADF. so the choice is Control+5 ( mute) or not. Might have been nicer to have it in the background but------ Cheers.

The ID button for the morse code muting should be in the radio stack and near the ADF tuning knob. If not it should in a row of buttons in the bottom of the radio stack with the rest muting buttons (COM1, COM2, NAV1, NAV2). It depends on the radio stack of the airplane you fly.

Thanks, Poseidon. Finally realized that those are only muting buttons, not on and off controls.
