Aye its payware Sky Eagle, and its worth every last penny. The package is called Wings Of Power, and it comes with a bevvy of planes, the Lanc, B-17F and G, B-29, B-24 (Liberator and PB4Y-2),  AR234 B2, HE 162A, and Ta 183.
The manual with it is well written and informative.
Go over to http://www.shockwaveproductions.com/wingsofpower for more info on this fantastic package!
