Hi, i have a little problem with Firefox, when i go to this web page  www.clanorama.com  all the menues and the logo on top are not displayed, this is the only site i have problem with, it is very important to me cause this is my MOHAA clan's web page.  I downloaded all the plugins for Firefox, except for Acrobat Reader, so it should work but it doesnt.  I read Firefox's FAQ but it doesnt say anything about that.  Any suggestions?

Thank you

Some sites just won't work with firfox.

Just use IE, its not that bad as a backup option.

If IE does not work, that website needs to be redesigned.

I checked it out and everything works fine on my end???
I didn't see any missing menus or items but never been to the page before so wouldn't notice if stuff isn't showing.
One thing that won't work with Firefox is web pages that invovle Active X.
Be certain to check your settings (tools-options) .

I have to have both IE and Firefox short-cuts on my desktop, and switch between them when a "problem" site occurs.
It's a bit annoying, but it overcomes the problem... Wink... Grin...!
(Firefox seems to open sites that IE is reluctant to open)... 8)...!

Cheers all...!

Paul.

try cleaning you "cache" in Firefox goto "tools-options-privacy"

In IE I don't know.

Also did you check you settings in FF

I went back to the page using Firefox and everything you mention shows just fine, I get the logo, menus, click on the menus and it opens other pages. So the only thing I can suggest is to clear you cache on both FF and IE.
If that doesn't work you may want to try a reinstall of FF.

I would be interested to know if anyone else finds Firefox very slow to display pages when using 56k dial-up...?
I find that IE opens the page instantly, but Firefox displays the page slowly, bit by bit, from top to bottom... Shocked...!
...but Firefox is excellent for displaying "problem" sites....it's just so bleedin' slow... Roll Eyes.... Grin....LOL...!

Cheers all... Grin...!

Paul.

P.S. Hi Lew. Nice to see you back again... 8)... Grin...!

Just to confirm the page looks fine to me in Firefox. Go to Firefox/Tools/Options/Web Features & make sure the 3 options are enabled. This is the default setting as I haven't changed it.
