Some sceneries come with these objects but they are static (sit there and do nothing). I don't remember any right off so you will just have to look through the downloads. Also remember that they will only be at one airport. If you plan to fly to another then you still have the same old FS scenery.

Another option (but you have to pay for it) is a program called FSE (Flight Simulator Enhancer) by Lago. It doesn't have pushback cars or baggage carts but there's some tractors and APUs. It also allows you to download custom objects made by other FSE users and add those into it.

Thing about FSE at the moment is it's still in the early development of the imported objects phase and all isn't working exactly as it should. Hopefully that will get straightened out soon.

Good thing however is that the objects can be placed anywhere you want them. You simply call up a menu pick your object (APU or boarding stairs etc..) and put it where you want. You can also move it somewhere else and some vehicles can be set into a track so they move around on their own.

Again however you may want to wait until the problems are sorted out before purchasing. It might be more headache than it's worth at the moment.

on a related note, does anyone know if any jetways ever move to meet the aircraft after it parks and shuts down?

jmk,

There are some payware add-ons that have movin g air bridges.  You tune your com 2 radio to a specific freq after you are in position and th bridge comes out.  CAn't remember what the add ons are... I think one of them is something like "British Airports" or something like that.

As to pushback tugs and ground support vehicles... look at the website called Aircraft Repaints of New Zealand.  They have a fleet of AI planes that have tugs and ground support.  It transforms the AI at your airports and makes them busier places.

In the SimV file library is a tug that you can drive around an airport in.   Wink

Hope these leads help.

best,

.................john
