What would you guys say is the best Spitfire available (for free) right now. I've been looking for a couple of quality planes, and if you could suggest another aircraft that is really good quality for CFS2, thanks alot.

Hi there, welcome to SimV Grin Nice to have another Spitfire fan around the place. For my money the best CFS2 Spitfires are those from Paul Rebuffat. He has put together a great collection of later models including the HF MkVII, F MkVIII, MkIX, F MkXII, F Mk XIV and LF MkXVI. You can find them all here: http://myzone59.ath.cx/rebuffat/accueil.php
Also check out the YAS Spitfires at Sim Outhouse if you like early models.

Sorry about that, could be a bad link. Try Netwings or Sim Outhouse as they both have most of the Paul Rebuffat stuff. I think you can pick them up at Flightsim.com also.
Here is the link again just in case I got it wrong. Wink

The YAS series of Spitfires now covers all the merlin engined variants, there are models of the MkI thru MkXVI now available at SOH and AVsim, just search on YAS.
