Wonderful stuff to brighten up a dull day. I love that Ju 52.

Trust the Army to get in the way & spoil a nice shot.

Yes, the Blue Eagles. Their show was also great.

It can get worse. Airport staff parking a big ugly old yellow bus in front of the Spitfire when it is about to take off.

while that Junkers was heading to Lelystad, it came across my house. I was in the garden and heart something approaching. then it appeared right over the trees...so low I could clearly see the pilots! allas my camera was inside! since that day, my camera is always "ready to shoot" with a full battery, CF card and zoom lens attached to it.
oh, before i forget, very nice shots!

Nice shots, Nitro! I'm just starting to re-format a few photos for posting here... your pics of the Ju reminded me of another one I saw (and walked around in) at Airventure '03. She's called "Alte Tante Ju" (Old Auntie Ju"), and here are a few snaps.
Here is the panel; updated avionics but still very vintage in terms of controls. Dig the big wooden steering wheel!
This shot showcases the sophisticated notation system used by this crew (crude but all the info's there!)...

Woops! Panel shot didn't come through. Hmmm...
Left the space out. Jeez, I'm a lousy typist...
