I found the video-recorder in FS2002, but where do those files end up?

I finally used a dictionary to spell my name right.

In Xp they are in 'My Documents>FlightSimulatorFiles" (C:\Documents and Settings\Owner(or whatever you named it)\My Documents\Flight Simulator Files). The file extensions are .FSR.

These are not true video files but rather scripts that recreate the flight and are only playable in the Simulator.

To create a video you need a screen video capture program, (Google for Fraps for a free one), or a video out graphics card to record your flight.

Cheers,
Dave

Oops, that location is for FS9, yours are within your main FS2002 folder at......'.\FS2002\flights\myflts'.

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.          Igor Sikorsky

You know....you can just rip up a to-do list.
