How can I add other aircraft to my fs2002, i.e staics or other aircraft waiting to take off or land

Hit alt, go to options, settings, traffic-turn the density up. If that doesn;t do it for you, try some of the payware products out there-shoot, I forget them off the top of my head but see if the traffic density does it for you first.
