How does a flightplan work?? (Read 254 times)

Hi guys can someone tell me how a flight plan works as such 
AC#232,X,50%,2h,IFR,12:29:00,TNG12:54:00, 200 ,R,0123,EGSY,12:00:00,12:18:00, 100 ,R,0123,EGXW

i understand the first bit the aircraft im using but whats the 50% for and how comes there are 4 different times can anyone break this down and let me know. sorry if im a bit thick just dont understand

copy as much of that info as you can from the help start page http://www.jetdoc.com/HLP/ as he is shutting the site down to devote more time to school.

This is the site that got me learning this stuff and I still go back to get more info.
